Art of Strength is for all ages, all fitness levels, and will assist you in meeting your goals. At Art of Strength, you should expect a focused approach that is about YOU, your capabilities, and your goals. Anthony Diluglio developed something called Corrective Strategies to target the entire population. Corrective Strategies is a special workout that allows trainers to teach movements to their clients though a series of progressions. Each progression teaches proper form in an incremental and safe fashion using a variety of tools There is also a variety of exercises to challenge you and demand precision of movement while working the body in concert.

What makes corrective strategies different? The main difference is that there are no isolation exercises. The idea is to create functional strength throughout the ENTIRE body, for everyday life, and not put the focus on one muscle or joint. Each exercise is designed to move the body through multiple planes within a single exercise and incorporate as many muscles as possible. Thus you are working all surrounding musculature and joints associated with the motion pattern of an injured muscle or joint.
