The past is the future with Art of Strength. Much of the equipment we use predates standard equipment and technology. So what do we use? Balls, ropes, logs, sand bags, boxes. The old-school methods that are used are in fact superior to the methods of modern equipment to master core strength and get the muscles to work in concert. You didn’t know it, but this is just what you did when you were swinging on the monkey bars in kindergarten. The purpose of Art of Strength is to regain our physical culture with different workout structures and a variety of fitness philosophies. Art of Strength targets the middle-aged, elderly, youth, and athletes in the prime of their lives. The workouts are tailored to the client - those with ailments –bad backs, knees, shoulders, and arthritis, we challenge you to come play again. Each client can achieve a level of fitness that they may have thought was impossible. The owners are the trainers at Art of Strength. They provide the energy and support to maintain a level of commitment from their customers and bring a passion to the table that is lasting. The differentiation of Art of Strength is the level of seriousness we bring to our purpose and getting every individual to find his/her true abilities.
