VINTAGE TRAINING

Art of Strength Minnesota Class

The vintage equipment exclusive to ART OF STRENGTH is designed to reinforce proper form and movement. Incorporating more of the vintage equipment, this class is designed to deliver your strength and cardio training in a fun and dynamic workout! Good for all levels.

MYSTERY

Just as it sounds, this class is a mix of all the toys on the playground and is designed to deliver a dynamic workout to build strength and endurance. Class format will vary from session to session as well as the workout. Good for all levels.

STRENGTH IN MOTION

So you want to focus on strength? We have the class for you. Develop overall authentic strength using weights in motion to engage chains of muscles. Work with different tools and different class formats. Good for all levels.

ROPA: Be Resilient, be Outstanding and ALWAYS Perform with Attitude.

Put the steel aside! This dynamic class is designed to build strength and endurance utilizing ropes, bandit loops and body weight exercises. This workout will challenge the novice to the advanced! This is a great recovery workout from strength training days. Good for all levels.

TABATA

The tools you'll use is always a guess but in this workout you are sure of one thing - tabata! Class format is built around a 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabatas can range in duration and include one or several exercises. This class is 45 minutes and designed to get you in, get you out and get on with your day! Good for all levels.

AOS EXPRESS

All of the tools you love wrapped up into a get in /get out 45 minute class! Good for all levels.

AOS SUPERCHARGED

Take your skills to the next level! This class incorporates dynamic flow drills connecting different movement patterns in a fun and technically challenging class. An understanding of the AOS Essentials is required.

BRANDED

Join us for one of Anthony Diluglio's unique branded workouts including: Providence, Santa Monica, Firepower, Newport, etc. These build strength and allow participants to increase weights and incorporate ladders into their workouts. Nice burn outs! An understanding of the AOS Essentials is required.
